Steve Wang, MD, PhD, MPH
Steve Wang is a healthcare professional and entrepreneur with a multidisciplinary background spanning medicine, public health, biomedical research, healthcare technology, and international patient coordination.
He received his medical training at Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, earned a Master of Public Health degree from the University of San Francisco, and completed PhD training in biomedical sciences at City of Hope and the Beckman Research Institute in California.
Throughout his career, Steve has worked across academic medicine, clinical research, healthcare informatics, biotechnology, and healthcare innovation. His experience includes biomedical research, healthcare data systems, artificial intelligence applications in healthcare, and cross-border medical coordination.
Prior to founding ChinaMedConnect, Steve led healthcare consulting and innovation projects supporting healthcare organizations, technology teams, startups, and research institutions. His work has involved healthcare data integration, digital health solutions, patient-centered technology development, and strategic collaborations between healthcare providers and innovation partners.
