Does ChinaMedConnect provide medical diagnosis?

No. ChinaMedConnect provides coordination, navigation, communication, and information support. Diagnosis and treatment decisions must be made by licensed medical professionals.

Can you help me find a specialist in China?

Yes. We help patients organize their medical needs and identify appropriate hospitals, departments, or specialists for consultation.

Do you work only with international departments?

No. International departments can be helpful, but many excellent specialists work within regular public hospital systems. With proper coordination and language support, those pathways may also be appropriate.

Can you guarantee appointment availability?

No. Appointment availability depends on the hospital, physician, specialty, and patient condition. We help coordinate and communicate, but cannot guarantee acceptance or scheduling.

Is ChinaMedConnect an insurance provider?

No. Patients are responsible for confirming insurance coverage, payment requirements, and reimbursement policies.
